Dr Ahmed has a very confident and calm demeanour about him. I suffer from anxiety and had previously refused to have an endoscopy offered by two other Doctors, unless it was under general anaesthetic. I instantly felt safe with Dr Ahmed and agreed to have the endoscopy down under normal procedure. He helped me tremendously in overcoming what would normally have been a massive hurdle for me. He is very professional in his approach and he certainly gives times to his patients; he listens very attentively and allows for sufficient time. As a patient, I felt very well looked after in his care and I thank him for his help and support today.

Mr Ahmed was calm, professional and reassuring. He double checked all my details, ensured that I understood what my treatment would entail and made sure I had an opportunity to ask any questions. Throughout the treatment, Mr Ahmed explained what he was doing and how I might feel and once finished, set out any aftercare and next steps clearly. I felt very looked after and treatment was completed quickly and with no discomfort.

I had a procedure at PAH Harlow on February 2, 2020. Mr Ahmed removed a lesion from my arm. I can only endorse what others have written: he was courteous, friendly, made me as a patient feel relaxed and gave me great confidence. The procedure was efficient and relaxed throughout. He also worked very well with the nurse. A good team!
